POST’s vision is to make a difference through social and cultural activities, led by its dynamic, effective and productive group both at national and international levels. 

POST’s mission is to prepare projects that envisage the participation of members who are involved or interested in social and cultural matters. 

For this aim, POST members are classified into subunits and work on specific projects at the same time.
